Specifically, we

• guarantee perfect disinfection and sanification of rooms with the use of specific products and protocols that guarantee perfect cleanliness of the rooms. We are scrupulously following the instructions from the Italian Ministry of Health to adhere to every single mandatory obligation for the cleaning of common areas and individual rooms.
• all staff members use protection systems such as gloves and masks, to limit any possibility of contagion as much as possible. To abide by the social distancing measures, we guarantee the respect of the safety distances within the breakfast area or we can offer breakfast service directly inside your room. We are also alternating or differentiating the breakfast times (in the common areas, if requested) according to guest needs. Please consider that facilities such as BELLINI HOUSE, FORIA HOUSE and DUOMO HOUSE are equipped with outdoor spaces (terrace with private tables, private garden and terrace of over 100 m2) which can easily guarantee compliance with the safety distances that are imposed by Italian law. For those who wish, we also remind you of our apartments option on our site, that may guarantee additional safety and comfort. These too offer high standards of cleaning and sanitization.
